The first step is to give us a call or fill out the form below. From there, we will verify your benefits with your insurance company for you at no charge and with no obligation to enter our program.
Once verified, we will go over your options with you. Then we will make plans for you to come to our program.
Unlike other programs, ours is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees. The only extra money you may need is for your own personal spending and for your regular ongoing prescription medications.
