PHP & IOP Coverage
Casa Recovery’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a highly structured level of care for individuals who need intensive therapeutic support without inpatient hospitalization. PHP typically includes multiple hours of therapy and clinical programming several days per week while allowing clients to return home or to supportive housing in the evenings. Blue Shield of California plans may provide coverage for PHP services when clinically appropriate and medically necessary.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) allows clients to receive continued therapeutic support while balancing work, school, family responsibilities, and other aspects of life. IOP can be an effective option for individuals stepping down from higher levels of care or for those who require ongoing structured treatment without full-day programming. Many Blue Shield of California plans may help cover IOP treatment services at Casa Recovery.
