Your first step is to give us a call at our admissions phone line. Our staff will answer any questions you have about our program and schedule a tour if you’re in the area. We would love a chance to tell you about our program and we want to know more about you and if you’ll find success here. If you have insurance, this is also a chance to get a free pre-verification of your benefits. Whether you have alcohol addiction, substance abuse, a mental health disorder, trauma or a combination of these, we have a program that can work for you and assist in your healing. We offer multiple levels of care and can outline those for you when you call into our phone line, to begin the process.
Depending on your coverage, your insurance may cover all or most of your program at Casa Recovery. Insurance companies also cover outpatient services to clients who live nearby and need a more flexible option (day and evening outpatient programs now available)
If appropriate, we can transfer you to a hospital that offers specialized care. We have agreements in place with large regional medical centers and work with them to make sure you always have the appropriate level of care.
