Each year Casa Recovery throws a BBQ and Egg Hunt at Thunderbird Park in Dana Point, California for our clients and staff! In typical Southern California fashion, we couldn’t have asked for better weather this past weekend. The sun was shining, the grill was firing, and we all enjoyed getting outside and keeping each other company.
This year the eggs were filled with tickets redeemable for some pretty cool prizes and as you can see everyone really got into the spirit looking for them!
We didn’t make it easy for guests though, they really had to look to find them!
At Casa Recovery weekends are spent treatment-free so clients can unwind and relax. We believe it’s an important part of recovery for clients to get out, have fun and take their mind off of things. We turn to nature a lot at Casa Recovery. Not only is it a restorative and positive experience for overall health, it’s also incredibly helpful in addiction recovery. Which is why the BBQ this past weekend couldn’t have been more therapeutic for not just our clients, but our staff too!
