Sarah Boon

Sarah discovered Yamuna Body Rolling several years ago on her journey to heal a severe sports injury. She was amazed at the significant improvement and long lasting results . Sarah became passionate about this work and wanted to learn as much as possible so that she could help others feel good in their own bodies by resolving injury and patterns which cause imbalance and lead to chronic pain. Sarah loves to incorporate mindfulness and breathwork into her classes to promote healing not only in the physical body, but within the emotional, mental and energetic body as well.
