Jeremy Rintalan, ACSW

Jeremy has worked in behavioral health since 2017 in various roles including Therapist, Senior Social Worker for the County of Orange, and as a Social Services Practitioner with The Department of Public Social Services of Riverside County. He has worked extensively with diverse populations and marginalized communities and places emphasis on cultural humility, understanding the importance of environmental influences and how those influences are unique to each individual.

Jeremy values collaboration with clients in discovering their strengths and resilience to help them in living a life congruent with their purpose. His therapy practice utilizes an individualized, integrated, trauma-informed approach blending his advanced skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existentialism, Internal Family Systems, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Jeremy attended California State University, Fullerton to receive a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, with a focus on Addiction Treatment and Prevention, as well as to receive his graduate degree as a Master of Social Work. During this time, Jeremy served as the board president for the California State University Social Work Department where he contributed his knowledge and skills to advocate for marginalized and oppressed populations, while also serving the academic community.
