Cathryn Kruger has worked in the behavioral health field since 2019. She has worked in a variety of treatment settings working with clients with trauma, substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses. As a mental health therapist as well as a movement therapist, Cathryn is passionate about helping clients create psychic shifts through embodied experiences.

Cathryn specializes in working with trauma and PTSD. She utilizes somatic tools to offer every client a creative way to express and integrate psychological, experiential and emotional content through the mind-body connection. Cathryn’s approach is holistic and client-centered, inspired by positive psychology and humanistic theory.

Cathryn holds a masters of arts in mental health clinical counseling with a specialization in expressive arts therapy from Lesley University. Cathryn is a registered dance movement therapist (R-DMT), a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) as well as a Registered Drug and Alcohol Technician (RADT-T).
