Kimberly Hanohano-Munder, AMFT

Kimberly has worked in the behavioral health field since 2016. She has experience with a variety of diagnoses with her primarily focus being in the treatment of mental health and cooccurring substance use disorders, PTSD, and sexual trauma. Kimberly has worked extensively with California’s homeless population and actively volunteers her time and resources to this cause as it is very close to heart and her own childhood struggles. 

 

As a therapist, Kimberly works collaboratively with a client to help them build self-esteem, heal from trauma and lean into their strengths in order to empower their resiliency, self-advocacy and build healthy habits to fuel a more fulfilling life. 

 

Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s of Art degree in Psychology from University of California-Irvine, her Masters of Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
